Return Policy
Last updated: October 2026
We want you to love your skincare. If something isn't right, here is how we make it easy to put things right.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be reported within this period.
2. Eligible Items
Unopened and unused products in their original packaging can be returned for a full refund. For hygiene and safety, opened skincare products cannot be returned, unless they are damaged or defective.
3. Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you at no extra cost.
4. Skin Reactions
If you have a reaction to a product, stop using it and contact us. We will review your case with care and may offer an exchange or refund.
5. How to Return
Email hello@aesthetic.com with your order number. Our team will guide you through the next steps and share return instructions.
6. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
